Yoga was traditionally taught one on one. It is the best way to work in depth and within the student's full range of capacities.
One-on-one sessions are particularly suitable to those people who have minor disabilities or are recovering from injury. They can also be useful for complete beginners prior to attending a full class, or for those people who feel a little uncomfortable in exercise classes for whatever reason.They can equally be booked for advance practitioners to deepen specific area of their practice.
One-on-one sessions consist of an initial 90 minute consultation, which includes a full postural analysis, with subsequent sessions of an hour.
