Camille's approach sees Yoga as a very expressive and creative practice, emphasizing the importance of listening to the flowing qualities of the breath: Life is breath and breath is movement. By listening to our breathing and allowing it to flow freely through the body, one learns how to unlock the bodily blockages that disrupt our well-being.
Influenced by many Vinyasa Flow Yoga teachers, Camille's practice has also developed around somatic and bodily practices such as Pilates, Gyrotonic and most importantly Contemporary Dance Techniques.
